Who we are
Solve was founded in 2000 as a spin-off company of the University of Applied Sciences Buchs (NTB). Confident of its ability to succeed by virtue of quality, service and reliability, the company has established itself in the market with proprietary products and customised solutions.
Since June 2020, Solve has been part of the Variosystems Group which is headquartered in Steinach Sankt Gallen. This merger has made it possible to offer our customers an expanded, comprehensive portfolio along the entire value chain of electronics and software development and production, from prototypes to the manufacture of electronic assemblies in high volumes.
In autumn 2020, another subsidiary was opened in Zizers at the site of a third business partner, Kubeg. Here, Consulting Services, Electronics Engineering and Software Engineering as well as Mechanics Development and Digitalisation, IoT and I4.0 have been expanded, with extra staff being taken on.
With the acquisition and integration of the Variosystems engineering team and the cooperation with Kubeg, we are now present at two further locations in Zizers and Steinach, in addition to our headquarters in Buchs.
What we do
We proudly offer expertise in the areas of project management, electronic and software engineering, as well as experience in projects in the area of Industry 4.0 and IoT. Clients who work with us will find we have some special attributes: instead of a closed mindset, they will encounter all-rounders with a wide range of expertise. Instead of being shunted around a faceless organisation, they will have a named contact. We offer small, agile structures for fast decisions and are able to solve even the most complex challenges. We are available for our customers, starting with planning and development, continuing through organisation and management, and ending with production, delivery, export and maintenance – reliably and effectively.
